The Law Centre offers confidential advice, assistance and representation in social welfare law including:
- Housing
- Welfare benefits
- Employment
We offer a range of legal services by way of appointment, from one-off advice sessions, to casework and representation at Court or Tribunal hearings.
We aim to be as flexible and approachable as possible to cater for the complex social and legal requirements of our clients.
For more than 120 years, Cambridge House has provided free legal advice to the local community of Walworth, Camberwell, Peckham and surrounding areas. We are a not for profit organisation, a charity, and a member of the Law Centres Federation.
The Law Centre also provides social welfare law services funded by the Legal Services Commission in consortium with: Southwark Law Centre, Southwark Citizens Advice Bureau, Blackfriars Advice Centre, Pierce Glynn solicitors and Anthony Gold solicitors.
